Martin Sprenkels is the Managing Broker / Owner of Li-Car Management Group with offices in Fort St John, BC and Prince George, BC.

Lita has been involved in property management since 1983. She started in maintenance and has worked her way up through every level of the industry.
Throughout the years, Lita has constantly upgraded her formal and professional training by participating in courses offered by the Real Estate Institute, the Real Estate Foundation, and various construction and maintenance courses. She obtained her Real Estate Agent’s license in 1990 and is the acting Agent-Nominee for the office. She graduated in 1991 from the Urban Land and Economics Diploma Program, Management Option, offered by the University of British Columbia.
Lita remains active in the Real Estate Institute, currently sitting as a Chapter Director for the Cariboo Chapter. She is past editor for the Input magazine, Management division, and has sat on the Public Relations and Government liaison committees. She also is an associate member of CHOA and the Strata Property Agents of B.C.
Helen De Groot is our Prince George Strata Manager. Helen De Groot made Prince George her home in 1980 and has a strong background in community development including the Chamber of Commerce, the Summer Games, Strong Communities in the 90’s and several years in Social Services to women in crisis and individuals with mental disabilities.
Helen is a licensed Property and Strata manager with several years experience and great success in developing relationships with strata councils.

Alicia has been with Li-Car Management for 4 years and has been licensed as a Strata Manager for 2 years.
Biljana has worked for Li-Car Management for 3 years and is the office coordinator for the Prince George office.
Mamie started working for LiCar Management Group in 2014.
Our qualified rental clerks schedule viewings and paperwork for all move-ins and move-outs. Also, ensure all paperwork is properly completed.
Dallas has worked for Li-Car Management as a building manager, maintenance coordinator and now does all the inspections, move in and move outs for the Prince George office.
Nicole is working in the Prince George office and takes care of the accounts receivable and coordinating the maintenance.
